6.3 DELIVERY TRACKING
The Customer may at any time follow his order using the order number communicated to him in the email formally registering his order, in his “My Account” space on the Site.
This space allows precise monitoring for the modes of transport La Poste and Relais Colis provided, of the order and its status, relating in particular to the shipment or its delivery.
For DHL only, shipment tracking is available in the shipment tracking email.
It is recalled that all communication between the Customer, the Site and the carrier being essentially carried out through email exchanges, it is essential that the Customer sends a valid and regularly updated email address. Failing this, Les Tricots de Léa cannot be held responsible for the consequences arising from the communication of an incorrect or non-updated email address.

6.5 SPECIFIC DELIVERY TERMS
The Customer will be free to choose between collection at a Relay Point or delivery to their home by Colissimo without signature or Chronopost, for shipments to Metropolitan France, Corsica, Monaco, and Chronopost and DHL for international shipments according to the country of sale.
At the end of the validation of these transport methods and before the payment of the order, the Site will display a summary of the order by mode of transport, to which the Products in question are eligible and according to the option chosen by the Client when it was offered to him. The cost of the transport methods assigned or chosen will then be displayed before payment of the order.
When the order has been duly prepared and is ready for dispatch, the Customer will receive an email relating to the dispatch of each part of his order by mode of transport thus agreed.

Les Tricots de Léa offers the Customer who has chosen the “Relay Point” option, the names and addresses of the professionals offering these services closest to the chosen place of delivery. On this occasion, the Customer may consult the opening hours and days of the chosen Relay Point.
Upon receipt of the order at the Point Relais, the Customer has seven (7) calendar days to collect their parcels. Failing this, the order will be reshipped to Les Tricots de Léa. Les Tricots de Léa will consider that the Customer has exercised his right of withdrawal and will proceed to the refund under the conditions of article 7-1 of these GCS.
The Customer will be informed by e-mail of the cancellation and refund of this order.
⇒ Delivery by Colissimo:
Delivery by Colissimo is a service offered by La Poste française and meets its own General Conditions of Use.
The package is delivered without signature to the Customer's post office box.
If it is impossible to drop off the package with a caretaker, and the Customer's post office box is too narrow, the delivery person will drop off the package at the nearest post office. The Customer will then receive a notice of passage.
He will then have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to collect his package from the post office indicated on said notice. Failing this, the order will be sent back to Le Tricots de Léa.

Deliveries to TSA, Cedex, PO Box, CS, Free Response and Poste Restante are not insured.
Upon delivery, damage or loss of content must be the subject of written, precise, complete, dated and signed reservations on the delivery note from the recipient.
The digitized signature of the recipient, as well as its reproduction, or any other indisputable means of secure identification, are proof of the delivery of the parcels and the parties recognize in this signature a legal value identical to that of a traditional signature on paper.
Any pending object is delivered to the recipient or his agent upon presentation of an identity document, and after payment of any duties and taxes (VAT, customs duties, dock dues, other taxes) in force as well as the customs clearance services provided by CHRONOPOST.
For national shipments, and unless otherwise specified by the sender, an interactive delivery service (Predict) is offered to the recipient, who receives a delivery notification when the parcel is picked up, as well as during an unsuccessful delivery.
He can modify directly with CHRONOPOST:
- the initial delivery date, (within a maximum of 6 working days from the initial date), and/or
- choose a delivery point other than the one initially chosen by the sender, namely a local point (Pickup point or CHRONOPOST agency), offered by CHRONOPOST within the initial delivery perimeter, or choose the address of an identified neighbor or choose a safe place of delivery in agreement with CHRONOPOST.
In the event that the recipient communicates an instruction to CHRONOPOST modifying the day of delivery, the sender cannot claim compensation based on the delay.

6.6 DELIVERY RATES
Delivery costs are offered in Metropolitan France with the carrier RELAIS COLIS regardless of the amount of the order.
They are billed six euros ninety euros (€6.90) with Colissimo for all orders of less than two hundred euros (€200) and nine euros (€9) for Chronopost; and offered above this amount.
The delivery is invoiced twelve euros (12€) with Chronpost for the European Union regardless of the amount of the order.
Delivery is charged fifteen euros (15€) with DHL for deliveries in Ireland, Norway and the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
Transport invoicing follows a calculation rule taking into account the destination of the package. The prices indicated are all in euros (€) all taxes and charges included, including the rate of VAT at the price in force on the day of delivery

The amount of the costs is automatically calculated as soon as a Product is added to the basket on the basis of a delivery in metropolitan France. The Customer can freely consult the billing and the carrier associated with his Products.
The final calculation of the shipping costs for other destinations is made once the postal code has been entered on the delivery address and before the validation of his order by the Customer.
The specific offers in free shipping are only valid within the framework of a shipment in metropolitan France, unless expressly stipulated otherwise.
